National Weather Service issues Frost Advisory

National Weather Service-Missoula has issued a Frost Advisory for the Orofino/Grangeville Region from midnight Monday through 8 a.m. Tuesday.

Temperatures as low as 32 degrees will result in frost formation. The frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold, NWS-Missoula advised.

The threat for frost will extend into Tuesday night through Wednesday morning, with similar temperatures in the forecast.
