COVID-19 vaccines available for those aged 65 and older

LEWISTON-Public Health -Idaho North Central District is asking people aged 65 and older who have not yet received their COVID-19 vaccination to call Public Health at 208-799-3100.

PH-INCD is on track with the vaccine shipments they anticipated and vaccinations are going forward as planned, according to Scott Schlegel, Public Information Officer. At this point, the vaccines being given are those manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna.

Appointments slots are available at the Public Health Office located at 215 10th St. Lewiston. These appointments are for residents of Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis and Nez Perce counties aged 65 and older. Appointments will be on a first come first serve basis. There are also other vaccination sites in each of those counties that people can learn about at the link below.
