Monday: Parades Tuesday: Wheels Wednesday: Tradition Thursday: Two made one Friday: Leased in 1914 Saturday: White Monday: Red Tuesday: One in Headquarters Wednesday: One in Elk River Many people have seen the White fire engine in regional parades with other entries of Clearwater-Potlatch Timber Protective Association (C-PTPA). Originally, two trucks were leased from the State of Idaho in 1914. They purchased the trucks in the 1920s and one was stationed in Elk River and one in Headquarters. In the 1960s, the two were used to make one truck and Rusty Eck started driving it in parades. In 1984, he brought it to Orofino. Rusty drove it in parades until his passing.
