*Public Health--Idaho North Central District defines Recovered as: "Presumed recovered is defined as the number of persons with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis who are alive 30 days post-onset (or referral date if onset is not available) based upon total cases, deaths, and any clinical info available. We are aware that some people might take longer to recover, but that is the standard we are using at this time because it is the accepted average. Some get better in a week, some in 6 weeks, but 30 days is the accepted average. The range is 2 weeks - 6 weeks for 97% of cases. A small proportion will get better faster and a small proportion will get better much later, but 97% of all cases fall into the 2-6-week range."
