Orofino's second school was at the corner of Main and 1st St. behind what is now the IOOF Building. The two-story structure was built in the early 1900s, possibly 1902. Learning took place there for both boys and girls of variety of ages. While no one living now remembers it, there are photos at the museum that preserve its history. Below are some of those photos:
